I found the missing toys....

I was helping Luke in the downstairs bathroom this morning when I noticed these toys on the floor behind the toilet.

Me: "Luke? What is Noah doing here in the bathroom?"

Luke: "Noah go pee pee!".

So there you have it. I have no idea when Luke put Noah there, maybe last night when we were cleaning up.
